The problems affecting Internet access which first surfaced over the weekend are continuing. The cause is thought to be a faulty vendor patch for the firewall applied late last week. Hunter network staff are troubleshooting the issue. We will post further information on the Outage site as more information becomes available.

[Update 11:30 AM] Steps have been taken to mitigate the problem, but people should still expect intermittent instability. We are working with the vendor to implement a permanent fix.
