| Blackboard is a web-based application that Hunter instructors use to put course materials online. |
| Degree Information for Graduation.
DIG is a web-based system for undergraduate degree students. It will
show you how close you are to fulfilling your requirements for
graduation and what courses you still need to complete your degree. DIG
is accessable from the CUNY portal. |
| The
CUNY eMall is an online store that sells software, computers, and
clothing and offers discounts on selected entertainment and
recreational services. You must log in to your CUNY portal account to purchase software or other items. Additional information about the CUNY portal. |
| Electronic application for students planning to take
courses at another CUNY school on Permit. To access ePermit, you must
login to the CUNY Portal www.cuny.edu. For further information go here: ePermit. |
| Web-based self-service system to allow student to
register for classes, view their schedule, transcript, appointment time,
semester bill and financial awards and change their PIN number. For
further information, go to: eSIMS. |

| Listen to podcasts produced by Hunter students, the Hunter Libraries, the Center for Student Achievement, and more. |
| Hunter College Library and CUNY subscribe to excellent sources of information not available for free on the Web. |
| Borrow a laptop for use in the Hunter College Library. A cooperative venture between ICIT and the library. |
| There are over 150 Public Access Computers deployed around the Hunter campuses. These can be used to check your email, connect to Blackboard, the CUNY Portal, eSIMS, or the Internet. The existing computers are thin clients and do not support advanced operation. A new project will deliver powerful computer facilities to the same locations, bringing the ability to run office applications and specialist educational software such as SPSS and Mathematica to hundreds of locations across Hunter. |
Student Computer Labs
| Instructional Computing Services (ICS), located on the 10th floor of
the North building and in the Reading and Writing Center facility on
the fourth floor of the Thomas Hunter building, provides computer labs
for walk-in use. ICS also provides students with one-on-one assistance
for basic computer and software questions. |
The Chanin Language Center is a state-of-the art multi-media foreign
language language facility. The center includes a classroom and an
independent study lab equipped with 55 multi-media workstations.

| OneCard is a convenient way to make your life a little
easier. The Hunter College ID/OneCard is your official Hunter College ID and can be used for many Hunter services, including printing, dining, copying, bookstore purchases, and vending machines. |
